THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO YOU AT YOUR OWN RISK. BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE THAT THEY ARE SOLELY FOR OBTAINING ASTROLOGICAL CONSULTATIONS. THE ASTROLOGY PARTNER MAY UTILIZE VEDIC ASTROLOGY, TAROT READING, VAASTU, NUMEROLOGY, WESTERN ASTROLOGY, OR ANY OTHER INFORMED METHOD TO PROVIDE SUCH CONSULTATION. YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THAT ASTROLOGICAL CONSULTATION IS INHERENTLY SUBJECTIVE, AND DIFFERENT ASTROLOGERS MAY REACH VARYING OR EVEN CONTRADICTORY RESULTS, DESPITE FOLLOWING SIMILAR METHODS. THE Astropeoples, ASTROLOGER PARTNERS, AND THEIR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES, ASSURANCES, OR REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE CORRECTNESS OR ACCURACY OF ANY ADVICE, PREDICTION, OR REMEDY PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE SERVICES ARE NOT INTENDED TO SUBSTITUTE OR COMPLEMENT ACTUAL MEDICAL, LEGAL, OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE THAT YOU MAY SEEK.

1. These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of AstroPeoples, a mobile application, website, and associated web services (collectively, the "Services") provided by our main sole priorities ("firm"), located at 101, tagan street-holi chok khatauli, Uttar Pradesh- 251201.
2. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, which create a contractual relationship between you and astropeoples. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are not permitted to access or use the Services. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or arrangements with you.
3. The Astropeoples reserves the right to terminate these Terms or your access and/or use of any Services, without notice, at any time and for any reason. Additional terms may apply to specific Services, such as policies for events, activities, or promotions. These supplementary terms will be provided to you when availing such Services and will form part of these Terms. In case of a conflict between these Terms and supplementary terms, the supplementary terms shall prevail.
4. The Astropeoples may modify the Terms related to the Services periodically. Any amendments will become effective when the Astropeoples posts the updated Terms, amended policies, or supplementary terms on the relevant Service. By continuing to access or use the Services after such posting, you consent to be bound by the amended Terms.
5. The failure of the company to enforce your performance of any obligations under these Terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of any of the company rights. Your obligations under these Terms shall remain in full force and effect, regardless of any prior instances of non-enforcement by the Astropeoples.

The Services provided by AstroPeoples constitute a web-based technology platform that enables users of the Astropeoples mobile application or websites (referred to as "Applications") to obtain astrological consultation from independent third-party astrologers who have entered into an agreement with the Astropeoples, known as "Astrologer Partners." You acknowledge and understand that the Astropeoples does not provide any astrological consultation services directly. All consultations are provided by independent third-party contractors who are not employed by the Astropeoples or its affiliates.
2. The Services are made available solely for personal, non-commercial use. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Astropeoples grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Applications on your personal device in connection with your use of the Services. Additionally, you are granted the right to access and use any content, information, and related materials made available through the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the Astropeoples and its licensors.
3. You are prohibited from removing any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any part of the Services. Furthermore, you may not reproduce, modify, create derivative works based upon, distribute, license, lease, sell, resell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, record, stream, broadcast, or otherwise exploit the Services, except as expressly permitted by the Astropeoples. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Services is also strictly prohibited, except as may be permitted by applicable law. Linking to or framing any portion of the Services, as well as attempting to gain unauthorized access or impair the functionality of the Services, is not permitted. Additionally, you must refrain from engaging in any activities that may unduly burden or hinder the operation of any aspect of the Services.
4. The Services may be accessed or used in connection with third-party services and content, including advertisements, that are not controlled by the Astropeoples. You acknowledge that different terms of use and privacy policies may apply to your use of such third-party services and content. The Astropeoples does not endorse such third-party services and content and shall not be responsible or liable for any products or services offered by such third-party providers.
5. All rights to the Services, including intellectual property rights, belong to the Astropeoples or its licensors. These Terms and your use of the Services do not grant you any rights, except for the limited license granted above. You may not use or reference the Astropeoples names, logos, product and service names, trademarks, or service marks, or those of the Astropeoples licensors, in any manner without prior written permission.
6. To use most aspects of the Services, you must create and maintain an active personal user account ("Account"). You must be at least 18 years of age to create an Account. During the registration process, you may be required to submit certain personal information to the Astropeoples, such as your name, place of birth, date of birth, time of birth, and mobile phone number. Additionally, you may need to provide payment-related information. You may also choose to create an Account using third-party services, such as Facebook, Google, or Apple. If you create an Account using third-party services, you authorize the Astropeoples to access and obtain relevant data from those services. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your third-party account, and any breach of security may adversely affect your Account and the Services, for which the Astropeoples shall not be liable. You may not create, possess, or operate more than one Account at any given time.
7. You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your Account. Failure to maintain accurate information may affect the provision of Services. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, and you must keep your Account username and password secure and confidential at all times, unless otherwise permitted by the Astropeoples. You are only allowed to possess one Account unless expressly authorized by the Astropeoples.
8. The Services are not available for use by persons under the age of 18. You may not authorize third parties under the age of 18 to use your Account or receive services from Astrologer Partners unless under your supervision. Transferring or assigning your Account to any other person or entity is strictly prohibited. You agree to comply with all applicable laws while using the Services and to only use them for lawful purposes. Any behavior causing nuisance, annoyance, or inconvenience to the Astrologer Partner or any other party is prohibited.
9. By creating an Account and providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receiving text (SMS) messages as part of your use of the Services. You can opt-out of receiving text messages from the Astropeoples at any time by using the in-app customer support or by sending an email to support@Astropeoples.com. Please note that opting out of receiving text messages may affect your use of the Services.
10. The Astropeoples may, at its sole discretion, create promotional codes ("Promo Codes") that can be redeemed for Account credit or other features or benefits related to the Services. The use of Promo Codes is subject to specific terms established by the Astropeoples for each code. You agree to use Promo Codes lawfully, not duplicate, sell, transfer, or make them available to the general public unless expressly permitted by the Astropeoples. The Astropeoples reserves the right to disable Promo Codes without liability and may withhold or deduct credits or benefits obtained through their use if they were used or redeemed in error, fraudulently, illegally, or in violation of the applicable terms or these Terms.
11. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary data network access to use the Services. If you access or use the Services from a wireless-enabled device, your mobile network's data and messaging rates and fees may apply, and you are responsible for such charges. It is your responsibility to acquire and update compatible hardware or devices to access and use the Services and Applications. The Astropeoples does not guarantee that the Services will function on any particular hardware or devices. Furthermore, malfunctions and delays inherent in internet and electronic communications may affect the Services.

1. To access certain parts of the Services, you may need to purchase in-app credits ("Credits") using Indian National Rupees (INR). The Credits will be stored in your Account, and you will have access to a summary of transactions related to their use. If your Account is compromised and Credits are utilized, spent, or lost, the Astropeoples is not liable to reimburse you. Additionally, Credits cannot be transferred to another Account.
2. You may use Credits to gift in-app items to Astrologer Partners or for voice and/or video-based consultations with them. Credits will be deducted for each minute of consultation or part thereof, at rates informed to you by the Astropeoples. The Astropeoples determines the rates chargeable for such consultations, which may vary for different Astrologer Partners. These rates may be revised by the Astropeoples without specific notification. You acknowledge that the rates compensate Astrologer Partners for their time and effort, not for any specific product generated during the consultation, such as predictions, advice, or remedies.
3. After spending Credits, the Astropeoples will facilitate payment to the respective Astrologer Partner, equivalent to the value of the spent Credits. All payments made by you include applicable taxes. This payment structure aims to fully compensate Astrologer Partners for the services provided to you, and no additional payments are required to be made directly to them.
4. After receiving services from an Astrologer Partner, you have the opportunity to provide ratings and reviews. The Astropeoples reserves the right to moderate and edit any rating and/or review submitted by you.
5. The Astropeoples may occasionally provide certain users with promotional offers, subscriptions, and discounts that may result in different charges for similar services obtained through the Services. You agree that such offers, subscriptions, and discounts, unless made available to you, do not affect your use of the Services or the payments you are required to make.
6. Credits, once purchased, are non-refundable. All transactions made using Credits, unless stated otherwise, are final and irreversible. If you are dissatisfied with the Services after purchasing in-app currency, you may lodge a complaint with the Astropeoples quality assurance representatives at support@Astropeoples.com. For a complaint to be valid, it must be received within seven (7) days of the event giving rise to the dissatisfaction. The Astropeoples will process refund requests according to its refund policy, which is appended to these Terms as a schedule and is available at [refund policy]. The refund policy is an integral part of these Terms.
7. If you have any other queries or require support regarding the Services, you can contact the Astropeoples support representatives using the in-app customer support chat or by writing to contact@Astropeoples.com.

1. The Services provided by AstroPeoples are offered on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Company explicitly disclaims all representations and warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, that are not expressly stated in these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Furthermore, the Company and the Astrologer Partners make no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the accuracy, reliability, quality, relevance, or use of the Services, nor do they guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Company does not guarantee the quality, suitability, or ability of the Astrologer Partners. You acknowledge that any risks associated with the use of the Services are solely your responsibility, to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.
2. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, personal/mental injury, or property damage arising from, in connection with, or as a result of any use of the Services, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
3. Neither the Company nor the Astrologer Partners shall be liable for any damages, liability, or losses arising from: (i) the inaccuracy of any predictions made by an Astrologer Partner as part of the provision of Services; or (ii) acts of omission or commission by you or a third party in relation to the consultation provided by an Astrologer Partner as part of the Services.
4. The Company shall not be liable for any damages, liability, or losses arising from (i) your use of or reliance on the Services or your inability to access or use the Services; or (ii) any independent transaction or relationship between you and any Astrologer Partner, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. In no event shall the Company's total liability to you exceed an amount equivalent to the actual value of the in-app currency expended by you in the 30 days prior to the incident giving rise to the liability.
6. While the Services may be used by you to obtain astrological consultation, you agree that the Company does not provide any astrological consultation and has no responsibility or liability to you related to any astrological consultation, other than as expressly set forth in these Terms.

1. During the provision of Services, including accessing the Guruji Astro Mobile Application, the Company may collect, process, and store your data, including your personal information. The Company's policy regarding its data collection practices, the type of data or information collected, the purpose of collection and usage, disclosure, and security practices and procedures may be accessed at [privacy policy]. If you do not agree with the said policy, you may not access or use the Services.
2. Without prejudice to the consent granted under the aforementioned policy, you hereby expressly consent to the Company sharing your data or personal information with statutory authorities and third parties in the event of an accident or complaint involving you or an Astrologer Partner.

You hereby authorize and give consent to the Company to send you various information, alerts, SMS, messages, calls, or commercial communications, either directly or through any third-party service provider, from time to time. These services will be sent to the telephone numbers provided by you, regardless of whether these numbers are registered with the National Do Not Call Registry or listed in the National Customer Preference Register. By agreeing to this provision, you confirm that you will not hold the Company or its third-party service providers liable or institute complaints under the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference (TRAI) Regulations, 2010, or any applicable regulations, including any amendments thereto, as may be applicable from time to time. If you wish to discontinue this service, you may contact the Company through the in-app customer support or by writing an email to contact@astropeoples.com. Until such time, this waiver shall remain in effect.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with (i) your use of the Services; (ii) your breach or violation of any of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of the rights of any third party, including Astrologer Partners.

Except as otherwise stated in these terms, these Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, conflict, claim, or controversy arising out of or broadly relating to the Services or these Terms, including disputes regarding their validity, construction, or enforceability (each a "Dispute"), shall be settled through arbitration. To initiate arbitration, the affected party shall serve the other party with a notice of dispute, outlining the relevant facts and circumstances giving rise to the dispute, along with supporting documents. If the Dispute is not resolved within sixty (60) days from receipt of such notice, the Company and you shall each appoint an arbitrator, and the two appointed arbitrators shall together select a presiding arbitrator. The arbitration shall take place in Uttar pradesh , India, and the courts in Uttar pradesh, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
